Shirdi Aurangabad tour from Pune Mumbai for 2 nights each
Stay in Shirdi for 2 nights and Aurangabad for 2 nights
DAY 1 –
Aurangabad – Shirdi (via Shani Shingnapur Temple, 160 kms. | 3 hours)
On arrival at Aurangabad airport, you will be transferred to Shirdi. On the way to Shirdi, visit Shani Shingnapur Temple which is about 80 kms. and takes 1.5 hours. Then drive to Shirdi which is again 80 kms. and takes 1.5 hrs. to reach. On arrival check-in at your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, followed by a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Shirdi.
DAY 2 –
After a hearty breakfast in the morning, visit the famous Sai Baba temple. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Later, enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 3
Shirdi – Aurangabad (via Ellora caves, Total distance 110 kms. | 2 hours)
After breakfast, leave from Shirdi and transfer to Aurangabad hotel; enroute visit the famous Ellora caves. Ellora caves are a World Heritage Site. Ellora represents the epitome of Indian rock-cut architecture. Arrive at Aurangabad in the evening and check-in at the hotel. Rest of the evening free at leisure, followed by a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Aurangabad.
DAY 4 –
Aurangabad – Ajanta Caves (100 kms. | 2 hours)
After breakfast, go for a full day excursion to Ajanta caves. Since 1983, the Ajanta Caves have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can get an excellent view and perspective of the Kailasa temple by climbing up the hill around it. Its immense size covers twice the area of the Pantheon in Athens and is one and a half times as high. Return to hotel in the evening for a comfortable overnight stay.
DAY 5
Depart Aurangabad to your city by car.
After breakfast in the morning check out of the hotel and transfer to your city.
End of tour.
